This policy describes how Lia (the service operated at liaos.space, including web and WhatsApp experiences) collects, uses, and protects your information. It is meant to be readable; it is not legal advice. If anything here conflicts with a regulation that applies to you, the stricter rule applies.
We use this data to operate Lia, personalize your experience, improve safety and quality, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal health conversations to data brokers.
Lia uses AI models provided by vendors (for example model APIs) to generate responses. Those providers may process prompts and outputs under their terms as part of delivering the service. We aim to configure integrations in line with good practice for health-adjacent products.
We retain information as long as needed to run the product, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask about deletion where applicable law gives you that right.
Where the product supports it, you may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete information associated with your account, subject to legal exceptions. Use the in-product flows after you sign in, or reach out through the same channel you used to contact us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Lia is not intended for children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction. Do not use the service if you do not meet that requirement.
If you use Lia from outside the country where our servers operate, your information may be processed in other countries with different privacy laws.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
For privacy-related requests, use the contact options available in the product (for example after signing in at liaos.space) or the personalized early-access link Lia sends on WhatsApp if you do not yet have an account.
